Your user account, support tickets, and community threads have been migrated. For security purposes, we cannot migrate passwords. If prompted to login, you will need to use the "Get a password" link on the login page to create a new password.
Please note that if you submit tickets via email to Support, please use our new email address: email@example.com. Emails sent to this address will automatically create a ticket in our email new Zendesk instance. However, we prefer web-based submissions via https://infogix.zendesk.com/.
